Britax Boulevard G4 Convertible Car, Great seat, even better customer service! in my opinion

The previous week. I search for information on the Britax Boulevard G4 Convertible Car Seat, Onyx (Prior Model), so i would like to describe here.

while shopping for a convertible seat, really I was torn between a britax and a radiant say (from everything I have heard is also a great place). Although the marathon is a classic choice, I wanted a little more side protection, so we narrowed it down to the Boulevard. What really encouraged us to get a britax was all reviews about their stellar customer service. say, offering a great product, does not have near the rave reviews for their customer service. I also like that the seats of britax have deep sides that protect the child. so, we got to the boulevard. installation was a breeze, which was so refreshing after struggling with previous seats from various brands. its capital is beautiful, plush and robust. Hugs on the straps take some getting used to, but they are a supplementary safety feature in Nice. fast forward two yearsmy almost three years ago is still facing rear I'm excited and seems to have quite a bit to grow before I need to transform her. as for the Britax customer serviceall I can say is that is stellar! My Toddler recently cracked foam on one wing head. When I took the seat cover to inspect the damage, I noticed that the foam under her ass was very dry and crumbling of sorts. This is only for convenience, so I wasn't worried. also, the seat cover velvet was dry and cracking a little in various places. I live in a desert climate, so these things happen. I called britax, and keep in mind that my warranty was over a year ago. they sent me free of charge a new foam headdress, a new piece of foam for the seat, and a whole new seat cover set by the most recent line! I was impressed by the service. really, this company stands behind their products and there is for the consumer! So happy and stick with this brand for the long haul!
